As Hatay Foundation, we know that Technology and Digitalization and Sustainable Technology are indispensable for the global world. We included the economically and socially disabled young people, who are the future of tomorrow, into our project, enabling them to meet the Digital World and Technology and enable them to actively participate in life. Thus, we aimed to develop young people’s perspectives on the technological world.
We included successful young people from Slovenia, Portugal, Egypt, North Macedonia, Romania and Turkey, who have economic and social barriers, into the project activity.
8 people participated from each country in our project. A total of 48 young people participated in our project. As project activities, trainings were given on issues related to the innovations brought by Technology and Digitalization. Young people did their workshops by brainstorming about the innovations brought by technology to health, transportation and education.We divided the participants into 6 groups. Each group carried out their workshops on the subject. We gave their medallions to the best first, second and third groups.
